One-Day PROFINET Training Classes

PI North America, in cooperation with the PROFI Interface Center, announces 17 free one-day PROFINET training classes for 2018. The locations are San Diego, Portland, Jacksonville, Kansas City, Charleston, Cincinnati, Detroit, Boston, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Vancouver, Indianapolis, Richmond, Cleveland, Charlotte, Houston, and Nashville.

The one-day training class syllabus for 2018 has been updated to match student needs. The class is specifically designed for End Users, Machine Builders, System Integrators and Manufacturers of automation devices. The class prepares students to apply PROFINET in their own projects.The class will also emphasize the Industry 4.0 driver and future technologies for PROFINET such as TSN, OPC UA, and APL.

Certified Training

PI will also offer 8 certified training classes on 2018, 3 for PROFIBUS and 5 for PROFINET. Classes will take place in Johnson City, TN and elsewhere around the USA. These comprehensive, multi-day programs provide deep insight into the workings of each protocol with a hands-on approach. A student that passes the comprehensive theoretical and practical exams is qualified to be a Certified Network Engineer.

Developer Workshops

The PROFINET Developer Training is designed to help product manufacturers weigh the factors that go into the decision-making process and create the product for customers need. PI will host 5 Developer workshops in Johnson City, TN plus on-demand as needed.
