The concept of the IO-Link user workshops has been revised and promises new topics, more technical details, and increased practical relevance. The new concept addresses both IO-Link beginners and technology experts. Right at the beginning of the workshop, participants can decide for themselves what technical depth they want in the presentations. In parallel sessions, newcomers to the technology will be given a basic overview and basic knowledge, while experts will be presented with technological details. Innovations and an outlook on the future of IO-Link technology and IO-Link Safety will also be presented. The focus will be on basic principles and practical demonstrations. Application examples and best practices show the wide range of possible applications and shed light on the cost-effectiveness of IO-Link.

The workshop is an open platform to test your devices or tools in conjunction with other available products. In addition to the workshop, three expert groups will be formed on specific topics, such as “test systems”, “profiles and system integration” or “data storage”.
