Lapp: More Speed and Reliability for Industrial Networks
High speeds, secure data transfer and compliance with PROFINET – these are the highlights of the new cables from the ETHERLINE series, which Lapp will be presenting at SPS IPC Drives. There are five variants of the ETHERLINE PROFINET Cat.7 for different applications. One thing that all the new PROFINET cables have in common is their high data rate of 10 gigabit/s and transmission frequency 600 MHz, thanks to their compliance with the Cat.7 standard. This ensures performance and transmission reliability, even after many years of use.
MESCO: First IO-Link Safety Development Boards
IO-Link is being increasingly adopted in the automation industry. In the near future, sensors and actuators for applications in the area of functional safety will rely on IO-Link Safety, the new specification that was released this summer. MESCO has developed IO-Link Safety Development Boards to be able to support manufacturers more efficiently with the development of their IO-Link Safety products. These boards will serve as a basis for the development of IO-Link Safety maser and device stacks, and are intended to enable faster and more cost-effective development times.
Phoenix Contact: Network Manager
With the Network Manager, Phoenix Contact offers a new software solution for the quick and easy startup of managed switches, wireless components, and security appliances. The Network Manager is a central tool that minimizes configuration effort. All network components are monitored, configured, and kept up to date using the Network Manager. For PROFINET users, IP assignment via DCP is integrated. Therefore, the Network Manager can be used in all fields of application, such as machine building, systems manufacturing or process technology.
Siemens: Coriolis Flow Portfolio
Siemens enhances digital Coriolis flow portfolio for process optimization to extend the numerous process-optimizing advantages of the digital Coriolis flowmeter platform to low-flow applications such as batching, dosing and filling of both liquids and gases.

Balluff: Compact, Rugged, and Reliable 4-Port IO-Link master
Balluff is pleased to introduce a new breed of IO-Link masters that enhances their broad portfolio of IO-Link masters & devices. The new IP67 protection rated, machine-mount, 4-port slim IO-Link master has the same functional features as the popular Balluff 8-port IO-Link master series in a more compact format. In addition, Balluff again expands their wide portfolio of IO-Link masters by offering these form factors with IO-Link Type A or IO-Link Type B port functionality, as per the IO-Link consortium specifications.
Turk: IP67 I/O Module for Serial Interfaces
Turck is adding a variant for serial interfaces to its range of TBEN-S ultracompact module series. The TBEN-S-2COM connects devices with an RS232 or RS485 interface directly in the field to controllers with a Profinet protocol. This saves users from having to run long wiring routes to the control cabinet. The user can choose between RS232 and RS485, as required for the characteristics of the two serial ports.
Turk: Ethernet Spanner Connects Production Lines In the Field
Turck’s TBEN-LG-EN1 spanner is a block I/O module that enables communication between two different Ethernet networks directly in the field. The robust module with protection to IP65/IP67/IP69K features a glass fiber reinforced housing and fully potted module electronics. The TBEN-L spanner supports Turck’s multiprotocol technology and thus enables communication in Profinet and other networks. This also enables its use as a protocol converter between Ethernet protocols.
Turk: Multi-colored RGB Indicator Lights with IO-Link
Turck introduces the Banner K30L2 and K50L2 indicator lights. Turck’s partner Banner Engineering designed and manufactured the LED lights for use in any application requiring high-visibility status indication. K30L2 and K50L2 indicators utilize RGB LED technology to support seven colors in a single indicator using just three inputs. K50L2 indicators are also available in models with IO-Link communication.
