PROFINET for ControlLogix Systems

Dispensing System with PROFINET
The DigiSpense® 4000 is IVEK’s latest, high-performance, production oriented, single-channel dispensing system combining both rotary and linear functionality into one package. The DigiSpense 4000 enables precise and repeatable fluid dispensing volumes at rates of 2 nL per second to 300 mL per second. Dynamic micro-stepping technology significantly improves pump performance at low dispense rates. Production modes, including Dispense, Meter and Feeder, offer unique dispensing profiles for a wide range of applications. The DigiSpense is available with a PROFINET interface.
New Level Sensor with IO-Link
Dinel s.r.o. is proud to introduce an exciting evolution in one of our most advanced sensor models —the RFLS-35 level sensor is now newly available with IO-Link connectivity. The RFLS-35 is a high-frequency level sensor designed for reliable limit detection in both conductive and non-conductive liquids, as well as paste-like substances. Constructed with a stainless steel body and insulated electrode options in PEEK or PTFE, the RFLS-35 supports a wide range of sealing materials to ensure compatibility with aggressive chemicals, oils, fuels, and hygiene-critical substances.
LED Matrix Display with IO-Link
Turck is expanding its LED display portfolio with the SD50 programmable matrix LED display from its partner Banner Engineering. The display for visualizing machine, process or operator data provides information on operating states, process steps or faults in a way that is easy to read and visible from afar. The white 8×96 LED matrix is supplemented on each side with eight multicolor RGB LEDs that visualize easy-to-interpret status signals. The 300 × 50 mm module has an IP65 housing with an M12 plug connection and an IO-Link interface.
Vibration Sensor for Drives via IO-Link
Turck‘s CMVT-M8T in a compact stainless steel housing uses vibration measurement to monitor the condition of motors and drives. With single-axis measurement, easy installation in the service bore via M8 screw-in thread including mounting adapter up to M30 and three selectable output signals, the sensor ensures precise vibration monitoring with minimum installation effort. The measuring accuracy is ±0.5 % at 159.2 Hz. With IO-Link, the condition monitoring sensor can be used universally.
Motor Control with PROFINET + PROFIdrive
igus has increased the flexibility of its D1 motor control, which designers use for electric linear drives, handling systems and robot axes. It is now possible to integrate the D1 seamlessly into higher-level control systems using PROFINET – without time-consuming and complicated adaptations. The D1 motor control is the powerful and versatile solution from igus for demanding drive applications, and is now compatible with the industrial communication standard PROFINET and PROFIdrive.
Heat Sealer with PROFINET

New Feature-Rich IO-Link Master
The new SIG300 IO-Link Master from SICK is setting the standard in terms of flexibility, connectivity, and user-friendliness. Special highlights include the integrated logic editor, which solves remote control tasks directly on the device, and the USB-C interface for intuitive configuration of the SIG300. Integration into heterogeneous device and fieldbus landscapes is also easy thanks to SICK’s Function Block Factory. When used with a SIG100, the IP67-certified SIG300 has a total of eight ports and can process up to 102 digital signals.
Ultrasonic Sensors with IO-Link
Available in M12, M18, and M30 sizes with NPB housings, the new UA12, UA18, and UA30 (respectively) ultrasonic IO-Link sensors from Carlo Gavazzi offer superior sensing solutions with an excellent price-performance ratio for a wide variety of industrial applications. With sensing distances ranging from 20 to 6000 mm, only plug versions are offered. The three models are available in both purely digital and combined versions, with one digital and one analog output.
Object Detection at Long Distances with IO-Link
With the new P1PH9 reflex sensor, the wenglor sensoric group is presenting a sensor for reliably checking the presence of objects over long distances. By combining time-of-flight technology with visible red LED light, the P1PH9 sensors enable the detection of objects at distances of up to 2,500 mm. Thanks to the enlarged light spot, presence checks can be performed for objects of a wide range of shapes. IO-Link 1.1 enables quick and easy parameterization and access to process data.
Next Generation PROFINET Absolute Encoders
The state-of-the-art ANS/ANM58 PROFINET from SICK Sensor Intelligence marks a new generation of absolute encoders specifically designed for higher machine and system productivity. Available in both single-turn and multiturn variants, the compact ANS/ANM58 comes with the PROFINET global, cross-industry ethernet fieldbus standard for industrial automation.
New IO-Link Device Development Kit
The P-NUCLEO-IOD5A1 from ST Microelectronics is an STM32 Nucleo pack composed of the X-NUCLEO-IOD02A1 and X-NUCLEO-DO40A1 expansion boards stacked on the NUCLEO-G071RB development board. The X-NUCLEO-IOD02A1 features the L6364Q IO-Link device transceiver for the physical connection to an IO-Link master while the X-NUCLEO-DO40A1 features an industrial digital output expansion board for STM32. The P-NUCLEO-IOD5A1 can be used for evaluation purpose and as a development environment.
