The omlox Plugfest 2026 will take place from June 9–11, 2026, hosted by Fraunhofer IOSB-INA at SmartFactoryOWL in Lemgo, Germany.
On June 9–10, omlox members will conduct hands-on interoperability testing of hardware and software components, covering plug-and-play integration, positioning and timing aspects, hub connectivity, and mixed-environment scenarios, complemented by technical exchange and networking. All omlox members are encouraged to bring their devices—whether hardware or software—to validate interoperability in a realistic multi-vendor setup and contribute to joint learning.
June 11 will be the omlox Conference day (open event), presenting anonymized Plugfest results, live demonstrations, expert talks for users and operators, and a guided tour of the SmartFactoryOWL labs, including the omlox Safety Demonstrator.
All outcomes will be communicated in a constructive, vendor-neutral manner, with a clear focus on collaboration and interoperability.
