After a more than two-year break, PI North America is proud to announce a planned return to PROFINET one-day training classes starting in May, 2022.
Popular among end users, OEMs, system integrators, machine builders, and manufacturers of automation devices, the classes serve to educate and assist in all technical aspects of using the PROFINET protocol. The class is free, and prepares the student to apply PROFINET in their own project. Lunch is included. Technical details of the technology are provided along with practical demonstrations.
All students receive a training manual that includes a hard copy of presentations plus reference material containing the slides and network design, installation, commissioning, and security guide manuals. System Descriptions, brochures, and other documentation are also included. Each student will receive a certificate for 5.5 Professional Development Hours (PDH). A micro-fair with exhibits from device manufacturers is available during breaks.
The following dates and locations have been set:
- Thursday, May 26, 2022 – Milwaukee, WI
- Thursday, June 16, 2022 – Raleigh, NC
- Thursday, June 30, 2022 – Seattle, WA
Based on the success of these events, more classes are being planned to reach other cities and students.
