Pump Solutions with PROFINET Connectivity

New RJ45 Plug for PROFINET Applications
Telegärtner is expanding its range of RJ45 plugs with an 8P4C version for PROFINET applications. PROFINET patch cords have long been part of the product portfolio. As part of the plug‘s design optimization, Telegärtner decided to offer the PROFINET plug now as a standalone product as well. The new MP8(4) for PROFINET is assembled in the same way as their Cat.6A RJ45 plug MP8(8). The same crimping tool, the same crimp insert, the same strain relief boots. The new plug thus benefits both cable assemblers and users who want to assemble their own patch cords. The wire manager accepts AWG22/7 and AWG22/19 wires with an outer diameter of up to 1.6 millimeters. The plug is suitable for data rates up to 100 Mbit/s and Power over Ethernet Plus according to IEEE 802.3at. Telegärtner’s MP8(4) complies with the PROFINET Installation Guideline and is UL Listed.
PROFINET Diagnostic Agent Supports Commissioning
The PROFINET Agent Blond from Indu-Sol provides additional diagnostic data where the PLC alone does not deliver sufficient insight during commissioning. Functioning as an intelligent TAP (Test Access Point), Agent Blond monitors communication between the controller and devices and records anomalies such as telegram gaps on a device-by-device basis. The Agent can be seamlessly integrated into the PLC configuration via a GSDML file. Further the diagnostic data can be accessed directly through the diagnostic buffer or visualised on the HMI if required.
Industrial Ethernet Switch Delivers Complete Network Transparency
Indu-Sol presents the diagnostic switch PROmesh P24+, a high-performance 24-port Gigabit Ethernet switch designed for PROFINET networks. In addition to its high port speeds, the diagnostic switch offers four uplink ports supporting up to 10 Gbit/s. Another standout capability of the PROmesh P24+ is its comprehensive environmental and port monitoring. All connected cables are continuously checked for signal integrity, leakage currents are monitored, and environmental factors such as vibration, light, and humidity at the installation site are tracked and displayed through the web interface. In addition, detailed port statistics can be displayed, including errors, discards, and network load (per ms or per second), along with information on network topology and neighboring devices.
New Microdrive with PROFINET Connectivity

The GA501 integrates seamlessly into your network via PROFINET all within a single AC drive. Reduce installation time with dual-port Ethernet connections, standard DIN rail mounting for up to 7.5 HP, and spring-tension I/O terminals. Available in 240 VAC single-phase for 1/6 to 5 HP; 240 VAC three-phase for 1/6 to 30 HP; and 480 VAC three-phase for 1/2 to 40 HP. Motor operation up to 40 HP includes: Induction (IM), Permanent Magnet (PM), and Synchronous Reluctance (SynRM).
Controller and Switch Family with IO-Link
Parker Hannifin has announced the expansion of its SensoControl portfolio with a new generation of controllers and switches. The extended SensoControl controller family includes four variants – SCLTSDI, SCLSDI, SCTSDI and SCTSDI-Modular – covering a wide range of pressure, level, temperature and process monitoring tasks. SCLTSDI is a combined digital level and temperature switch with IO-Link and multiple probe lengths up to 1000mm. SCLSDI is a digital level-only switch with IO-Link and various installation lengths. SCTSDI is a digital temperature switch with an integrated probe in several lengths, IO-Link and fast, precise temperature monitoring for direct installation in the process. SCTSDI-Modular is a modular temperature switch for PT1000 sensors, offering a wide temperature range, a compact IP67 housing and IO-Link connectivity for robust, decentralized temperature control.
