On May 30th and 31st a group of 13 RTLS-enthusiasts (RTLS = Real Time Locating System) met at the Smart Factory OWL in Lemgo, Germany to take part in the first omlox plugfest. The participants brought their products, all developed according to the newest omlox standards, to check their interoperability and performance.
The event was an inspiring mixture of intensive testing, profound technical discussions, and networking. It was very impressive to see how easy the components from different manufacturers work together in the omlox Core Zone and HUB ecosystem. Most important, we gained valuable results and insights with respect to certification test procedures which are currently being defined.
A big thank you to all participants for two very interesting and successful days and a special one to Fraunhofer IOSB-INA for making their Smart Factory available for our event.
