You can feel the heartbeat of the process industry again from August 22nd to 26th at the ACHEMA in Frankfurt/Main. The process industry is the driver of innovation in the global economy and a source of inspiration for numerous branches of industry. Almost all global value chains benefit in some way from the achievements of chemistry, biotechnology, and process technology.
The ACHEMA is the trend-setting leading trade fair for all areas of the process industry, is an overview of current technology trends, and a technology platform with a worldwide signal effect. The PI joint stand at ACHEMA 2022 will impress with a larger stand area in Hall 11.0 Stand C13.
The special feature of the ACHEMA is that PI appears together with the FieldComm Group with the same “look & feel” in order to present common topics such as APL and FDI. Demo and Strategy for PROFINET over TSN
Xaver Schmidt, I4.0 WG leader, will present PI’s strategy for PROFINET over TSN at the TSN/A conference in Stuttgart, Germany on September 28-29. After a detailed examination of the basic TSN functions, an essential step is now taking place for applications in plants: the integration of TSN based on communication specifications in technology packages and devices. The necessary steps and experiences can now be presented.
