The first PROFIsafe Certified Designer Training in 2018 takes place on February 6-8, in Karlsruhe, Germany. The class will be given in the English language.
Due to the huge dissemination of PROFIsafe technology, the need for PROFIsafe specialists is steadily increasing. One of the general safety principles is the systematic training and education of those people. Thus, PI is offering a PROFISafe Certified Designer Training in cooperation with TÜV-Süd in February. A second one will take place on October 16-18, also in Karlsruhe, Germany. The objectives are:
- Deep insight into all the aspects of the design and usage of PROFIsafe
- Learning about the PROFIsafe-starter kits and its tools
- Overview of the development process according to IEC 61508 and the requirements of IEC 61784-3
The PROFIsafe certified Designer Course requires three days. A 90-minute test will be given at the end of each day. The attendance fee for the course is 500€.
