There are now two comprehensive, practice-oriented guidelines on the open and interoperable omlox location-tracking standard. They help enable the non-proprietary integration of different locating technologies for seamless positioning in production and logistics.
With the mioty alliance and the IO-Link Community (PI) cooperation agreement in place, the goal of this partnership is to enable the integration of mioty devices using the same mechanisms as those used for IO-Link devices. The advantage here is that users won’t need any new tools for mioty.
